We had the best time on the Watch What Happens Live set last night with Andy Cohen and Brandi Glanville at the Vuka Co-op! With an open bar, Mazel sunglasses and constant inappropriate remarks by the gutsy RHOBH housewife, the entertainment was endless! Here are some fun photos of our night!

It’s St. Paddy’s week and its time to make a mani appt! Get your green on! Ombre, glitter, dark, light – so many green possibilities! And for the coolest of the cool nail art inspiration, check out Valley NYC – make sure to follow them on Instagram. Their nail art is incredible!!

Looking back at Dani’s blog about Tracy & Paul, I couldn’t help but feel a connection between the linen on their wine bottle favor table and my favorite bedding line, Bella Notte.

Take a look at these photos of their gorgeous duvets and pillows. Not only do they provide a wide range of colors, but they also tie in many different textures into their pieces to make for a stunning look on any bed. When looking at your event, make sure to add different textures to make a solid color look extravagant, but well put together.

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Lehman!! We know you’re in Italy enjoying your honeymoon and drinking a glass of wine…but I just couldn’t wait to share these great photos from Diana M. Lott!

This Houston couple wanted to get married on a vineyard in Italy…but Italy is far….and Hyatt Lost Pines was our second best choice! We brought the vineyard to the hill country and gave them everything they wanted from Italy! They loved wine so much we incorporated a vineyard feel to their centerpieces and wedding ceremony, forgo’d the traditional guest book for a magnum wine bottle, and gave the guest personalized wine bottles as favors at the end of the night! Even the grooms cake was wine/vineyard inspired! The wine cake box complete with grape cake balls was a huge hit!

Thank you to all our wonderful vendors who helped making this day so special and beautiful!

Lately, one of my favorite wedding flowers is a new breed called the quicksand rose. It’s soft, beige hue is perfect for a wedding in any season.
Just look at these pretty things! They have gained a lot of attention with the past popularity of the blush wedding, but they are so fabulous, I’m sure they will be around for a long time to come!

What is my favorite accessory on a bride besides her handsome groom? Well, to stay true to my motto of “the bigger, the sparklier, the danglier, the BETTER” I have to say, statement necklaces take the cake! It’s March and its time to start thinking about our next holiday! These are too cute and easy. Enjoy!

Shamrock Shaped Snack Crisps (makes 12)

Ingredients:

1 store bought pie dough or puff pastry, thawed
egg white or milk
1/3 -1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Italian parsley

Supplies:

shamrock shaped cookie cutter
pastry brush
baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Unroll pie dough or puff pastry. Cut 12 shamrocks using cookie cutter. Brush the tops of each shamrock with egg white. Combine Parmesan cheese with parsley. Sprinkle over shamrocks.

Set shamrocks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 7-9 minutes until golden brown.

After Marc Jacobs’ Spring show that featured a variation of stripes, many other designers, as well as celebrity ladies, have taken a liking to the graphic pattern. One of Harper’s Bazaar’s recently published boards gathered pictures of celebrities, such as Rachel Zoe and Zoe Saldana, who all found a spot for stripes in their wardrobe.

Marc Jacobs’ clothing line incorporated an array of colored stripes, but my favorite has to be the classic black and white- especially for an event! While a horizontal stripe may not be flattering to every figure, the graphic print will always look fabulous draped across your table. Your event will instantly have a chic, visual impact. Check out some of my favorite ideas below! (And we can’t forget Lindsay, a past CME bride who fully embraced the stripe on her wedding day- pictured below!)
