THIRSTY THURSDAY
By now everyone has heard and probably tried the growingly popular Beerritas…made famous by none other than the GTL co-founder herself, Snooks.
I tried my first ‘beerrita’ the other night at my new favorite local Austin restaurant, Salty Sow. They class it up a bit though calling it the Wallow and not displaying the beer bottle in the margarita but rather adding a nice homemade frozen marg over a fireman’s 4 beer. YUM! I am thinking I will make it my new mission to research these so-called beerritas and locate the best in Austin. Stay tuned people…
