If you are like the rest of the world, you are OBESSED with Uchi. So why wouldn’t you be counting down the days until Uchiko opens? I think I did 5 drive bys before they finally opened their doors. So I was pumped when I was able to get my crew to agree to Uchiko for dinner last Friday night. With first sight Uchiko definitely looks like it’s sister (aka Uchi), but I’m here to tell you it definitely has it’s own identity. Japanese Farmhouse is their approach. You will find a Southeast Asia influence in the menu. I found their menu to be super interesting and very unique. A few creativity elements that make an appearance: Tomatillo, Black Lime, Basil Blossom, Fuji Apple, Pickled Jalapeno, Fish Caramel. Intrigued? You must check it out!
